This house belongs to ITV presenter Kate Walby

Before this project was started it was a bungalow with no first floor , the stone work to the front was part of an extension built by Pinnacle Builders . The roof was taken off the property and lifted 1 metre to give head room to the new formed dormer bungalow. There are photographs on the refurbishment page showing how we got the end result . This photograph was taken 1 week before completion with just decoration work to complete.

This project was undertaken for boxing referee legend and Leeds Rhino,s under 18s conditioning coach Micky Vann

 


This double garage , gym and work shop was completely constructed by Pinnacle Builders from the ground work to tiling the roof. The benefit of this construction was the potential change of use to a bungalow at a later date, We have put this project in garages and drives so you can see the progress, ( this project took approximatley 10 weeks to complete )
